wyse.tax (“we”) helps UK sole traders, landlords and gig-economy workers keep digital records for Making Tax Digital. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your name, business name and email; the receipts, invoices and statements you upload; and the bookkeeping records generated from them. We process this data solely to provide the service.

How we use it

To extract figures from your documents (using AI processing), prepare draft entries for your approval, produce reports and HMRC-ready summaries, and operate your account. We do not sell your data.

Storage & security

Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Documents are processed to generate structured data and retained so you can review and export your records.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@wyse.tax and we will action requests within one month.
